When I start it , it POPS when pulling the starter cord. If i pull the cord all the way out slowly , it POP's , then I let it back , slowly and pull it hard after 2 or 3 times it will start. It then runs great . If I turn it off and try to start it soon it will start, but if i stop for a while I have to start the first pull slowly the pull hard.
I believe i need to replace the cylinder head but the question is what Wrest pint size ? Ser # X29382283 , Any help greatly appreciated.

Why do you think you need a new cylinder?
If it runs well once you get it runnung, it doesn't sound like a fuel delivery issue.

It sounds like it may be an ignition issue more then anything.
- Start with a new spark plug, NGK No. BPMR7. Gap to 0.020".
- If no love there, pull the flywheel and make sure that the key has not sheered.
- If the flywheel key is in good shape, you may need a new igniton coil.
