I apologize, it's actually an 046 tank. I miss identified it.

They are but, from my knowledge the 044 tank is slightly narrower at the carb housing.

Yea, I see that now that I’m researching it. Supposedly you can use the 046 carb box to make it work on an 044... how much do you want for it? Do you have pics?

I can get you pictures. Like I said, it's pretty ugly but functional.

I believe you have to heat the carb box area of the tank and mold it to the shape of the 044 covers (smaller).
