when the saw sits does it leave a puddle of oil under it ? when stihls oil vent gets stuck open will get way too much oil on bar like you have ,its behind that tin chain guide ,they just pound out with long punch and pound a new one in .my 036 and older 044 were doing same thing heavy oil like that ,replaced the vent now oiling better ,none of my bars are drilled out and up to 28 and 32 get oil all way to tip fine may have ruined that bar drilling hole too big
