Stihl MS200T pulley

Having difficulty finding the OEM for the recoil starter pulley on my Stihl MS200T chainsaw. Part has 195 0400 molded into the pulley, so I am guessing it to be 1123 195 0400, but just want to confirm. Anyone know for sure? Thank you.
