I like my stihl ms260 a lot, but it just needs a bit more power to be the 346xp-killer ;) So here's what to do:
:stihl ms260.pngRemember to richen the fuel-air mixture!
Have fun!:surprised3:

remember you want some back pressure.
That is why i went with less holes. Because many who does muffler mods ends up ruining their exhaust with removing the baffle and making wery large openings to the muff..:) i shared this cause it worked on me...

Out the front makes more noise and is more likely to set fire to really dry bark, moss etc on the wood. The same holes either on the left or right side of the muffler front will result in the same gains in RPM and power.

It is mostly in my case... i have bigger bore on mine, stock 026 has no chanses to win the 346xp but with the mods i have, i won my friend's NE 346xp
I like 026's, ported a bunch and will continue to.

Gonna take a lot more than a muff mod to make it a 346 killer. The 346 is just faster by design. I'd rather cut wood with an 026 though, anyday.[/QUOT
