Anyone do business with Xtreme wear parts? I've been buying my stump grinding teeth from them for a couple of months. They are priced very good and don't charge for shipping even though they are located in Canada. But they are an aftermarket product and seem to lose their edge quickly. . I have been running a new machine, a carlton 5014 and am not sure if it is the teeth or the design of the cutting wheel. The primary cutting teeth dull after a couple of stumps, and labor when you start cutting below the ground.

Jim I have delt with a aftermart company and find I get about half the life out of the teeth as of Sandvik ,as far teeth life ,the eight lead teeth take the beating ,but unless your hitting major rocks that's almost unacceptable .I keep an eye on them and rotate them left to right to get maximum use out of them.

Tryed rihno weel ? Had on My old vermeer 352, upgraded to carlton 5014 myself !
