How do I get my climbers to get faster with take down? Is there a consultant I can hire to help teach them? Any help is appreciated.

Heard the term from a Davey crew. Which was laughable since they spent half of each hour smoking and warming up in the truck. (Which they idled from 9am-3pm even though they were climbing in the back yard)
