This bearing had zero bearing cage intact, and I've never had luck getting one like this to knock loose with a bearing separator with a hammer.
The bearings stayed in place with JB weld.
It kept the bearings from shifting to one side and shooting every direction, leaving you with just the inner race to cut off with a grinder.
