Anyone aware if any existing software that allows you to track the location and statistics about trees on your property? Thanks in advance for the help.

So whats the purpose of the software you are looking for. Are you wanting a stem inventory, or to track individual trees. And how big of property are we talking about?

If what you want is a stem inventory and track growth and value a simple Timber Cruising Software will work.

Hi, how much you pay them to get started? Is it user-friendly?

Well there are free programs from US Forest Service...https://www.fs.fed.us/forestmanagement/products/measurement/cruising/index.shtml

And then there is Plot Hound which is free... https://silviaterra.com/bark/plothound.html

All this depends on how much you need a program like this. If I didn't have much to catalog I would use a Timber Cruse Spread Sheet, collect the data then using a program like Google Maps or more preferably Onxmaps to waypoint each plot with a name or number and save name/number as the Timber Cruse Spread Sheet name/number. This way you can go back to the same plot at a later date and track the progress of the plot.
I like Onxmaps because it shows the land owners info, Property Lines, GPS Info, You can book mark Waypoints and name them, it will display Topo and Aerial, you can associate a photo to waypoint, measure distance , and area and many other things. The cost is 30 bucks a year for one state, or 100 bucks a year for all the states.
It is primarily a hunting and outdoor app but you will find many uses for it. You can load it on your Android device or view it on your Computer, even works with Iphone or Ipad. What you record on your Mobile Device shows up on your Computer, all data is live and available on all devices. You can use it off line and still have GPS navigation. You can check it out at ... https://www.onxmaps.com/
