I have a small diesel transfer tank on the back of my truck and this morning it seems fuel has leaked, I'm guessing from the filter because it's empty otherwise. I haven't had it on there long and it is my first tank. My question is, did the fuel freeze and leak out? And do I need to add a winter agent to prevent this?
