I just wanted to take a minute to give credit where credit is due. I placed my first order through treestuff a couple weeks ago. The package came in 2 days, but the climbing rope didn’t have an eye splice like it showed in the pic of the item I ordered. It was my fault, because it didn’t specifically say it was spliced and I didn’t specifically state that I wanted a splice.
I emailed their customer service about it and was contacted quickly by Matthew. He sent me a return label free of charge and replaced the rope with an equivalent that had an eye splice. I didn’t have to pay shipping on the new rope and I wasn’t charged the additional fee for the eye splice. They were great to deal with and I will definitely use them again.
