This is about a freestanding oil stove and not wood heat but since this is a forum with a lot of knowledge I thought I'd ask you guys. What is the difference between a type-a vent and a type-l vent? I've done google searches but haven't got a definate answer yet.
I don't know if it's the material the vent is made out of or if a type-a vent goes straight up through the roof and a type-l vent has a horizontal section on it.
Anybody know?
