Took a few tries, but I found it.

But I still haven’t found my stud finder.

There's a grab bar in front of the toilet in the shop, and pretty much like that.

Apparently no one had a good ear or stud finder.
The wall is actual 2x4s off the mill too, so even easier than 1.5x3.5s.

Customer wanted a cheap ceiling fan. Bam!!

Anyone else have issues with the modern box fans not lasting?
I've bought easily 6 or 7 of them in the last couple years.
Have 2 in the shop used to move air in the winter, both didn't make it 2 winters and one of the replacements barely lasted 1 winter.

I have one in my house hallway, normally just runs in winter, though left it running this year just for some white noise.

Many years ago my wife's grandmother tried to unplug a 220v air conditioner. She lacked the strength to pull the plug, so she wedged the point of her sewing scissors between plug and outlet (plastic handles probably saved her) and had an exciting moment. The scissors got welded together.
