The tapered extrusion die would be the tricky part, You might be able to adapt the flywheel assembly off a square baler or some other piece of ag equipment.
 
Would anyone like to take a guess at the amount of OSHA fines that business in the video would incur if they operated in the USA? Having to work around all of that unguarded equipment day in and day out would make for an interesting day.
