vermeer 630b belts

need to tighten or replace the hydraulic pump belt (need to look closer at it). Apparently there are either four or six bolts to loosen to slide hydraulic oil tank. Is this correct and if so it is easy to get to them all? Also for the cutting wheel 4 rib belt, any advice on how to loosen/replace it? Thanks

I got the manual from vermeer and figured both belt adjustments out.
