Vermeer sc852 problems

2012 Vermeer sc852 stump cutter, have no forward or reverse and cutter wheel will not turn, everything else
works, I change the computer and still nothing, anybody had this problem.

It sounds like a hydraulic pump has gone out.

Hi Dave, yea I put a gauge on the test port and only 200psi no matter what the rpm is, the service dept. at Vermeer told me its the magnetic
pick up on side flywheel housing ,knew it was to good to true, anyway I will pull the filter to see if any debri is in it, there's only 200 hrs on it but
that's the way it go's.
