Vintage Remington SL9 oil?

I just bought a vintage Remington power lite SL9 saw. It has a cap that says OIL but I don't know if it's for bar oil or kerosine/oil mix. It says kerosine/40wt mix on the air filter cover.

They are using 30wt or 40wt oil mixed with kerosene for bar oil. I would stick with bar oil, and thin it with diesel oil in winter cutting.
