I have a weeping blue atlas cedar with some kind of trunk issue. There is still new bright green growth on the branches. Does anyone know what may be going on with the trunk? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Jed, Blue Atlas cedar is considered resistant to cytospora. Red cedars are susceptible.
Lichen is non parasitic, no treatment needed. Bracing may be needed for long term support of the weakened limbs do to the sun scald, again no treatment at this point.
