Welder advice

    Man I never catch a break!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    My neighbor is a retired electrician and he installed the new 230 volt receptacle this morning. He said he has a plasma and TIG set up he will sell cheap.:headbang::startled::hair::picard:

    No details yet, in for a penny, in for a pound.

    Sounds like your fixing to get into the welding business. :lol:

    Now for the proper Torch setup, Chop Saws, Band Saws, and Drill Press, Angle Grinder, and of course a nice steel layout table. It gets addictive.:happybanana:

    I started out building small trailers, first thing I knew was into Goose Neck, Pintle Hook Trailers and other custom metal fabrication.It went from a hobby to a job.:dumb:

    i have a miller 250 with a spool gun. its over kill for you but it is 25 years old. in the garage year around no problems. its a non digital, manual dial controls. it will do aluminum, stainless.great welder.
