my dream truck is the trucks I have now. F350 7.3 dully pickup for general towing. F550 14' dump chip truck goes with my beloved bandit 250. I love a truck that drives like a pickup or car but still have the power and capacity. I HATE older mid-sized trucks like my bucket truck, big, under-powered, drives like tractor trailer. that's why it only gets used maybe once every 10 jobs.

Do you have a picture? How much was it?

I cannot give an actual picture of my dream truck because no one has built one yet that I know of. The bases of the vehicle would be a dodge 5500 4x4 chassis and axles. On that extended chassis, it will have a 8x 10 flatbed with rear under bed mounted mile marker hydraulic winch. It will have a 2003 ford 4door cab, custom cummins 24 valve converted to a mechanical P7100 pump, feed into a 10 speed road ranger, and a 70's ford np205 transfer case, using a custom transmission adaptor. Top it off with dual 5 inch stacks and large push front bumper.
I like it.

Mogs are available in the states, just not new. http://www.unimogcenter.com/ He is in NH.

Once they are 25 years old they can be imported. There is still a lot of ex German military stock around Europe, this company in England https://www.unimogs.co.uk/our-stock/unimogs builds them to spec and ships them. They are not particularly powerful, plenty of torque but 60 MPH is about it
