What do you look for in a bucket truck, equipment?

I know that everyone's taste in equipment is a little different, however, they achieve the same outcome. What influences you when making purchase decision for new gear and equipment? If we were to offer parts and gear as well as equipment, would members be more interested? Would you be likely to shop for rates/pricing or are you set with your current distributors?

I am trying to capture some feedback (positive, negative, whatever). Let us know what you think...really!
