I’m having trouble id’ing these....

One on the right looks like basswood to me.

How does it cut? Is it softish? real white? or more solid? Could be a type of Hickory too if it's dense and solid.

I thought basswood. But the barks are distinctively different unless it’s because of the diameter/size difference.

I haven’t cut into it yet, ends are whiteish its also a bit dirty. The second pic looks like a different type of wood and seems more dense.

Right is basswood for sure. Other you'll find out when you put the bar in it.
