Hey All,
Take a look at the pics of my young White Oak tree, planted in late fall of 2019. Any thoughts on what I am dealing with? The leaves are pale green, have been for some time, and now they are starting to get brown speckles all over them (there is also a heavy dew on the leaves, which look like raised bumps, but that is just the dew). I do not see any dark veining, so I am not sure it is chlorosis (although I have had several other plants with chlorosis troubles this year).
