Retired and messing around with old stuff...
I'm not a logger but I cut wood yearly and collect older saws. I run a Super 250, 4-30A and a Mac 77 on a regular basis. Then for Homelite I run a Super 1050 a lot.. Don't care for newer saws at all I'm old school all the way... I run others as well but these are what I run regularly...

I have a woodburning fireplace that I converted to gas logs in 1994. My saws are mainly for tree trimming and storm cleanup. They're listed in my signature.

I had a dollar 7900, it was a really good saw, couldn’t get parts for it and need some cash so I sold it.

If we had a decent echo dealer around I would probably have a echo saw. I’m pretty much a Husqvarna guy , with one Stihl.

I have a Dolmar dealer less then 5 minutes away. But I'll probly get the saw from @chipper1 on here.

Most common? Hmmm - toss-up between older Homelites and newer Stihls. I have an MS361 that's never seen wood - I got it only because I heard they were going to stop making them (and they did) - and that they cured cancer just by looking at them. A fair number of Poulans of differing colors. A few Macs from the days they were great saws. Three Chinese-copy Stihl kit saws (those are FUN to build)
When a good project saw comes across my path, I am an equal opportunity fixer.

How does the echo 680 do? Compared to other 70 cc saws?Cs520, cs680, ms661 and a few 10-10s. Also a cs590 and 372XP not pictured

I really like it. It's a little heavy but built like a tank. The 372xp feels a little better handling but I got the 680 at a real good price. Definitely a very good saw.
