Loggers ever use a plunge-cut? Would've eliminated any of these problems. But yeah, I would've filled my pants on that one... He might have too...

Seen em chair with a plunge/gol/trigger/ssd.

the release is just as or maybe a little less important then the face cut. But whatever ,folks think that the GOL is the be all end all to cutting timber let them think that. I got way more wood to put on the ground then one or two a day.
 
All I know is that guy looked jumpy when he was cutting it, probably knew it was rotten to the core. Bad news on those when your back cut is too low.

Sometimes you never really know the whole story unless you were there.
