Probably sounds strange but tonight I had ramen with cheese sauce and a side of beets. It was quite good. And enjoyed two bananas with peanut butter for a snack.

Been doing a lot of cooking with spam lately. Not the regular flavor which IMO tastes a bit sketchy. The hickory smoked spam is delicious, the bacon is very good as are the hot + spicy and jalapeno.

Seriously, try the flavored spam if you do.

Yes hickory followed by bacon. Third would be jalapeño. Hot and spicy is good. I haven’t tried the turkey spam yet.

My grandma used to make spam spread for sandwiches with mayo and chopped pickles. It was pretty good.

Last night I had a whole box of taquitos dipped in queso. It was a great change to the strict meat/eggs and veggie diet I’ve been on for the last few weeks.

Currently working on some jamaican jerk chicken that I stole the recipe from Martha Stewart, turns out great everytime. It calls for 1 habanero but 2 seems more appropriate. More pics to come![IMG]

They got a little more charred than usual due to my neighbor sending a rod through the block on his lawn tractor and causing a big ruckus! But damn good anyway! Can of peas and some white beans. No kitchen currently on its paper plates: ( [IMG]
