ribeye, strip, pork chop spirals, ckn tenders and lamb chops as well. + garden fresh sugar snaps! yum. will have plenty for cold morning breakfasts with yard eggs...

So I finally decided to try my hand at a cowboy ribeye steak tonight.
3.5lbs of pure bliss. I always cook my ribeye steaks in a cast iron skillet but tonight I'm going to try the oven to grill. Just watched a video and I'm excited to try. Pairing with grilled shrimp, mixed veggies and potatoes.

other day i had all 3 meals in one go. breakfast, lunch n dinner... it was all i ate that day! Backyard Lumberjack Special... complete with Mine blueberry jam on the toasted muffins....

So yesterday was our anniversary and we decided rather than go out and spend $300 on seafood, we'd stay home with a nice warm woodstove and ourselves and do a New England seafood meal!
Lobster, Alaskan crab legs, shrimp, 2 types of clams and small potatoes.
I may hate the political landscape of New England but I love the abundance of fresh seafood.

i have had fresh lobster while staying in Maine! for sure some enjoyable dining! your NE seafood fest no doubt is a seafood feast!
