Yes, I am in sales and handle all Internet sales and eBay sales plus the dealer network.

I also handle warrany issues and customer installation and operation questions.

I represent the manufacturere here - so what's the difference?

I pass on everyhting to the owner daily.

It has been great getting all the feedback from customers and that has vastly inpoved our furnaces.

Surprised to see this thread have a new life. CB and one other manufacturer have units ready to go and on sale. With oil staying under 2 a gallon, its safe to say a lot of would have been buyers and going to sit on it for a while and see which way the wind blows.

BTW, I and other Shaver owners would be interested in knowing which changes were incorporated/inspired by the ingenuity of the owners that posted on this forum..

Geez... all I wanted to know is what they incorporated into the vastly " improved " line of furnaces.
