Ok here is a good project for someone that wants to build for his own use. The parts I have bought are mostly aftermarket. It has a scratched piston but still holds good compression. The chain brake is complete. The oil system is complete. Starter serviceable and spark good. Flywheel missing fins. What it needs:
Muffler front, clutch drum, carburetor, on/off choke switch, air filter cover plate, Handlebar, clutch cover.
This stuff is available aftermarket for around $50 if you put on a full wrap handle and big west coast cover maybe $100 and, around here you have a $700 saw. Offers?
