Woodchuck Wc/17 Disc Chipper Adjust cutter bar?

Does anyone know how to adjust the cutter bar on this style chipper? Mine is a 99 with a perkins in it. I see the two bolts with nuts on each side of them and the three big bolts I just dont know how it needs to be done. Thanks.

This is from the manual from a '93 wc17 but it should be about the same right?

I have actually been looking for a good source for knife bolts (and knives) for my 1993 woodchuck wc/17 I got earlier this year.
