I cut in a gas ROW out your way a few years ago. A lot of farmland between us. A word of advice to you on your zip line. Take smaller pieces that last one was to damn big for the way it was set up. It worked that time but could’ve been nasty.
I definitely keep that in mind. I try to always respect the limits of the tree first and then the rigging. I guess both equally but it seems if your rigging is in good condition most failures happen to the tree.
Never lower your price even if you think it is highly valuable walnut.
I am not one for dropping the price but when they offer you your choice of timber from there woods for a better price on the removal, well as a timber cutter it's hard not to jump at the chance.
