X torq secondary timing mod? Cannot find the thread

I thought I was certain that I read a thread here that talked about bending the lever arm for the secondary butterfly on xtorq carbs. With the arm bent secondary air butterfly would then open at the same time as the primary. As it is right now the mechanism allows the secondary to start open only after 1/4 throttle. This mod I believe talked about boosting throttle response

I just wanted to know where I saw that!! I searched and searched can’t find squat on YouTube or here.
Anyone with info or links or video please let me know
