XHigh ranger xt 55 please help!

Going to look at one in a couple days are they safe or should i know something before i purchase one? Saw some some lawsuit issues about them on the internet wondering if that was ever resolved? Any input would be great!

I have a 2002 xt60. Not sure of any lawsuits but there were two safety recalls on my unit that were not done by the time I bought it a couple of years ago. One was additional bracing at the bottom of the lower boom, another was inferior steel used to make the lower boom. One call to terex and they sent out a crew to do the bracing on the boom and test the metal on the lower boom. Replacement of the lower boom would be done at a terex facility if it is needed.
