Xt60 throttle

i I have a 2007 gmc 7500 with a xt60 that the on demand throttle isn’t working properly. There is 3 wires coming from the switch, blue,purple and black. The black isn’t hooked to anything but gets 12v when I think the truck should be idlong down.
