I climb on half inch samson arbormaster and like it. Ive always climbed drt and i like the thickness and durability of the arbormaster. However, im messing around with srt and am having some difficulty getting my rope runner to operate smoothly on the arbormaster. I'm thinking about trying one of the Yale 11.7 lines. Are they all basically the same, or do the different colors have different characteristics?

I think they used to have some that were nylon core (blue tongue maybe?). But yes, for the most part all the 11.7 double braids are basically the same. Blue moon, poison ivy, Aztec, prism, etc. All are really great lines srt and ddrt.

Thanks green. Guess I'll make the plunge into double braid.
