Your opinion on Woodchuck drum chipper or Bandit disc chipper

I want to start a small part time chipping business and want your opinions on two chippers I am looking at for sale. One is a 2006 Woodchuck WC16 drum chipper with a 75hp Deutz Diesel engine with a 8"capacity for $9k and the other is a 2008 Brush Bandit 65XP dic chipper with a 34hp Hatz Diesel engine with a 6" capacity for $9k. Anyones thoughts would be much appreciated.
