Does anyone know the OSHA regulation for chaps in trees, I'm in Oregon and heard of a fine being issued to a climber with out leg pro. The Z133 says no leg pro required, so OSHA must trump the Z? Any input appreciated.
To clarify, the company got the ticket, not the climber.
