Chipper anvil bolt shearing
I have a bandit 90 and the bolts are shearing or snapping it looks like the blade is hitting the anvil . Did adjust anvil with more clearance and the bearings are only about 1 year old had a friend do them . The previous owner had a blade come loose and they repaired it is it possible that it is...- lbj

Mitts & Merril Chipper-- Stripped Allen Key Knife Bolt Size ? Where to order?
Does anyone recall or have written down what size ALLEN KEY BOLTS FOR CHIPPER KNIFE WEDGES..also where did you find them, they are pretty big and special looking... i have a whole bunch that are stripped. Stihl 028 AV Super - lost a bolt, need some assistance
I lost a bolt from my 028AV Super - the bolt that goes into the top rubber buffer (upper left of the main switch.) I have no idea what that bolt looks like or where to find it. It doesn't appear to come with a new set of buffers. Also - it now runs off and on without it, I suspect it's being...
