028 super rebuild help

hey all new to the forum and hobby. I have a few questions about rebuilding said saw.
#1 is this a 028 super (missing plastics and id stickers)

I will clean the cylinder and post a pic for approval. ill order a piston (meteor?). and a 028 manual would be super helpful.
 
Looks like it had bad air filtration.

Try to clean it up. My bet is that it’s usable.

And yes, that’s a 46mm super jug and piston.

I am preparing to rebuild an 028 Super. It seems that the original jug is best IF it is still in good shape. From viewing through the ports the piston looks very good. If the jug and piston is good, should I hone the cylinder before reinstalling the original piston fitted with new rings?

I didn’t see any honing instructions in the shop manual.
