People only want to buy Chi-Com crap at scrap metal prices these days.
Can't say I blame them really, with everything going up in price they are trying to save what little money they can, where do you buy your food?, you can't tell me you only buy food produced solely in the USA, where do you buy your saw parts?, you can't tell me you only buy parts that are produced solely in the USA...

I do try to buy USA, and avoid non-USA products.

Chainsaws I like German made Stihls. I still have USA Homelites that run well. A friend gave me a Husky. I have a stock of NOS wear parts for most of my running saws. I'll pay more for used OEM or NOS parts, they last longer. Yes, I still need to buy some "junk".

I plow my garden with a 2-bottom plow using a full size Ford tractor, all the implements are made in USA . I never have owned a foriegn made car or truck. Before Biden, I hope the fuel and oil was coming from America, not Iran or Venezuala, where Mr Potato head is begging.

I have a large orchard (apples peaches plums pears) and numerous perennials:horseraddish, asparagus, rhubarb, elderberries, blueberries, black/ras- berries, grape arbors. I can, freeze, dry foods... and have a root cellar. I hunt fish and forage. My cousins raise some of the finest beef cattle. I get my milk/diary/eggs local from small farms. Besides seafood (e.g. the ocean), very little of what I eat is not from USA. I know most of my food is not GMO, and/or drenched in herbicides/pesticides, nor from Agri- businesses.

I heat with wood from my own property. I also have a small sawmill and make my own lumber from trees on my own land.

I try not to support globalization and Communist China.

And FJB!!!

So can we get a yearly permit to be up there?

Apparently most of my tools were made in North America just like me.

What are typing on?

A cell phone made in China, your computer, maybe web tv with plastic made from Russian oil built with parts from Taiwan and several other countries.

I really should keep my mouth shut ;)

Used parts are saving money while retaining quality or so I thought, silly me.

Everything has a price point. If I'm on point I won't be paying over the counter new prices.
Point two. These are about obsolete new.
Point three they sell these aftermarket only 48mm.
Point four, read my avatar.

Enjoy

⚠️

This is a quality part to keep you going a long time if cared for properly.
If your not into quality don't buy it.
If your super cheap and can only spend thirty bucks on your firewood cutter or weekend tree killer do not even consider making an offer this part.

Thought I could help out the OP some :)

I certainly am, built my own PC with various best but cheap parts I could afford, and I use a tablet and cell phone (I don't watch TV, too much propaganda on it) most of them were likely made in China with plastic made from Russian oil and likely steel components from crushed cars etc imported into China and melted down to be made into something else by workers not paid enough, I buy what I can afford, I am not in debt, I own my stuff outright, tools, vehicle, saws etc and I'm not beholden to a lease company for vehicle payments. I drive a Japanese vehicle and fuel it with diesel refined in Singapore from oil from the Middle East. I run my saws/ small motors etc with fuel from the same source. If I can get cheap OEM parts then great, (I won't go into debt to get them) if not ... Meh....
