1994 ford boom truck with altec boom

I have an altec boom truck its on a 1994 f 650. The problem i am having is after i extend the out riggers i cannot get the boom controls to work from the upper controls or the lower controls. I suspect it to be one of the outrigger switches. Each outrigger has one on it. I would like to know how to bypass one at a time to diagnose which is bad so i know the one to replace.

Look at them they prob only have a hot and a ground wire and try to jump the wires or leave them open one way or the other.
