Hi Folks, I'm going to hivernate one of my MS461s. Saw is perfectly clean but the fuel tank... I used Stihl Varioclean and all magnesium parts are now clean. But can't get the tank as clean... Any advices?

Thanks!

Buy a can of RedArmor fuel it is mixed with their RedArmor oil, it will do a really good job of removing any tramp items in tank and fuel system.
My Home Depot carries it as do many other stores.

And for the exterior?
I use window cleaner do not use fuel or Carb. cleaning spray, you don't want non metal "Plastic" parts to be damaged.

How i clean my chains i remove them take a large pan "oil changing type pan" line with old news paper, lay chain on the the paper and spray chain with break cleaner, it quickly dry's off the chain and leaving the oily dirt on the news paper and now you have a really clean chain.
