Anyone know if the current Carlton speed tip bars compare in quality to the old Windsor/Sandvik speed tips? The Windsors in my opinion were a quality bar. I know Blount owns the Windsor/Sandvik name and rebadged the bars Carlton. Just curious if they are the same quality and wondering where they're made. Thanks.

They are not the old Windsor bars that were made in Canada and USA. Completely different design (at least in replacable tip solid bars) i would say they are maybe equal to Oregon or 1 step below? Oregon would not let little sister company be better than Oregon brand- think Husky-Poulan pro
