Chain stops cutting in the middle of job and just spinning

I got this electric sunjoe pole saw last week. I only cut 10-20 1-2" oak tree branches that's it. On the first day it did not cut all. After googling I figured it is the chain that needs to be reversed. So then it started cutting beautifully until today.

This is what is happening. I start cutting without pressing on it. So it start cutting by itself. When it reaches in the middle of the branch, it stops cutting and starts spinning without cutting. I tried so many times with no avail.

I made sure chain is not loose. And the direction is correct. So what is the problem here?

This is almost brand new machine, there is no way it could be worn out. Here are some pictures
