That one would really make you laugh if you marked some parallel lines at the top and bottom of the intake port with a fine sharpie and then mark vertical lines at the edges

Looks like an old intake window at the intake block on a Husky. Why is that a problem?
So critical of others fine achievement or is that achievements?... 😂
 
Less is more, don't grind away adding volume to your crankcase/cylinder unless it really counts.
More volume means less velocity, less vacuum and less compression in the low end at the cylinder/crankcase.

Cleaning up/polish and rounding edges goes a long way - and it dont do no harm.
Based on what?
Qualify that statement with something more, information perhaps, please do.

You could probably destroy a decent valve job in a few minutes.
