I'm in Quebec Canada, I have, what I believe is a blue spruce, in my front yard about 25 feet from house.
Tree is in good health but the top has formed 2 seperate tops.
About 60 feet tall it's coming out at around 40~ 45 feet.
I've been told that a double top is a split tree that probably has a crack partway down. Often a high wind while cause tree to snap or split all the way.

In my case it's kinda stinking out of the side.
So should I do something? Is this tree dangerous? Should that second top be removed or just leave it alone?

About 1/2 my business is spruce / pine removals. Fairly common to see co dominate spruce tops. I wouldn't be overly concerned with it from an owners point, from a tree surgeons perspective, removing them is a fair bit of work, especially if the 2x is below where you need to cut at as the branches tie the tops together.
Btw, your pic isn't the best, hard to see if you have any issue with that particular tree or not.
