He was a hoot, that's for sure. Alzheimers finally got him... but we pulled off some amazing jobs together. I remember one job, big codominant sweet gum split and spreading down the middle... I went up about 30' and we chained and ratchet it together, and then started roping down the canopy... finally took enough weight off if it the two trunks came back together and the whole chain system let loose and went crashing to the ground... I was way up above it and just heard a crash below me... about **** my pants... Jimmy just said " oh good, now we can start picking bigger pieces..."

LOL!! . That must have been terrifying. Worrying about it splitting NOT rejoining! And you’re up there saying to yourself “didn’t he see what just happened? He shouldn’t be this composed!” Sorry to hear about the Alzheimer’s
