Looking for felling advice on this Hackberry on my land. I need to piece this out, no safe place to fell it. Power lines in direction of lean, trailer, and house to close. Can a rope saw work this high, about 30 feet? Would lower each piece with rope.

Judging from the photos, a good sawyer could drop the big limb(s) with a pole saw and then drop the tree away from its lean, between the two structures in photo #1, pull it over with sufficient rope. Anyone lacking skill, however, could cause grief with that plan.
