Guy saw my wall of saws...

Said hey i got one of them, about a year old, stopped running, dealer said it tested okay but wouldn't run or stay running, they had tossed a few parts at it and no change...ended up saying something like maybe a twisted crank or something...asked me if i wanted it, it was apart in 2 boxes...told me he had replaced it and the boxes were in the way, said part it out, fix it, whatever...not his problem.

Im always up for a saw...so he brings me the boxes...its a 461.

Its clean too...so i cleaned it up, wasnt really dirty, piston looked new, cylinder looked new. I put it all back together and it fired right up..runs great. I asked him if he wanted it back for the cost of cleanup and assembly, he said nope, not his problem..[emoji1787]

Wish i had it a couple weeks ago when diagnosing another 461 that went for a swim and wouldn't run right.

I show my misses and sons what these cost new, some can be repaired easily.

I wasn't expecting much, usually basket cases are 210s or 009a and missing all the hardware
