I had a local lady text me that she is getting some water on the corner of her Hardy. She sent me the attached photo. She said that it started last winter, then over the summer, it wasn’t wet, but when she turns on the circulation pump, it gets wet again. Any idea what could be causing this? It doesn’t look like a ton of water, but I wasn’t sure if it was a leak or maybe some sort of condensation? Thanks in advance.

Here are some more pictures. I didn’t see any water actively coming out of the lines, but there’s definitely something.

Condensation seems unlikely to me since its a new phenomenon. I would start peeling back insulation on lines to/from pump to start with. If you don't find anything then start looking at tank/welds around that area.

In the fourth pic there is evidence of water running down the domestic hot water In. That line also T's off into the tank fill solenoid. My suspicion is the water is leaking perhaps on the braided line in the upper right hand corner when the tank is taking on water. You can test by pulling out the condensation stack and pushing down the float with a stick. That will force the Hardy to take on water. Look to see if water is leaking from around that braided line. Good luck
